Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 66-Day Streak mobile application (the "App") provided by 66-Day Streak ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and App Store Terms

If you are below the legal age of majority where you live, use the App only with a parent or legal guardian's permission and supervision. Purchases must be authorized by the Apple Account holder. The App Store age rating describes content suitability; it does not determine legal capacity to accept these Terms or make purchases. Apple's applicable App Store and media services terms also apply. Mandatory law controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Service

The App helps you create and track habits, reminders, streaks, insights, and related progress. Core habit data is stored locally. Features may differ by device, operating system, region, App version, and Free or Premium access.

3. Free and Premium Features

The App may offer free features and optional Premium features. Current feature descriptions and limits appear in the App before purchase. We may add, change, or discontinue features, but changes do not remove rights required by law.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Premium may be offered through auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscriptions and, where available, a one-time lifetime purchase. Available products, prices, currencies, billing periods, and any introductory offer or free trial are shown on the purchase screen and confirmed by Apple before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• A lifetime purchase is a non-consumable purchase providing Premium access for the supported lifetime of the App, not your biological lifetime or a promise that the App will exist forever.

Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests under its policies and applicable law. We cannot directly issue App Store refunds. You can restore eligible purchases in the App.

5. RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to display offerings, validate and restore purchases, and manage Premium entitlements. RevenueCat availability may affect purchase or restoration functions. Its processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your Data and Backups

You are responsible for your device, device backups, and any export files you create. Deleting the App can permanently delete locally stored habit data. Purchase records may remain with Apple and RevenueCat. Premium does not guarantee recovery of local data unless you created and retained a usable backup.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the App only lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not interfere with the App or purchase systems, bypass access controls, misuse restore functions, introduce malicious code, or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, branding, design, software, and included content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.

9. Health Disclaimer

The App is a general habit and productivity tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on it for emergencies or decisions requiring professional guidance.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App and may require a supported operating system. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. We will honor applicable consumer rights regarding paid products.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of local data, arising from use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access for material misuse or discontinue distribution. Ending use or deleting the App does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country remain applicable.
